Our Story

The Moment Everything Changed.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the world moved online, and suddenly, everyone—students, employees, even senior leaders—had to communicate through a screen. What became glaringly obvious wasn’t just the discomfort of speaking into a webcam but a deeper issue: most people had never been taught how to present effectively.

At first, it seemed like a temporary adjustment. Surely, once we returned to in-person meetings, things would return to normal. But they didn’t. If anything, face-to-face presentations were just as unengaging, scattered, and forgettable—from classrooms to boardrooms.

Phenom Leap - more than just a solution

That's when it hit us.

It was never about the shift to virtual meetings. The real problem had always been there: presentation skills were never taught the right way.

Think back—how were we taught to present? Make sure you have eye contact; don’t read from the slides. Sounds familiar?


For most, it was nothing more than a nerve-wracking classroom exercise: read from the slides, rush through the information, and get it over with as quickly as possible. No one ever told us that presenting wasn’t about just “getting through it”—it was about making an impact.
